  • defense of administrative claims and lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
  • development of employee manuals, medical leave policies, sexual harassment policies, anti-discrimination policies, drug testing policies, and other employment documents for employers including progressive discipline policies and termination procedures.
  • Firm members educate employers and industry members by speaking and providing training on a wide variety of employment law issues including the matters outlined above.
