Bailee joined Backus | Burden shortly after graduating from law school. During her time at the firm, she has gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation, including preliminary investigations, dispositive motion filings, discovery, and settlement negotiations. She believes that bringing creative perspectives and strategies to cases is critical in obtaining the best possible result for her clients. Bailee strives to provide a seamless litigation experience thorough clear communication and effective motion practice. She endeavors to maintain mutual respect, confidence, and professionalism throughout her relationship with her clients. Bailee was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. After high school, she attended the University of Utah where she received her B.S. in Writing and Rhetoric Studies and Social and Behavioral Sciences. After college, she attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. While she was in law school, she immersed herself in various practice areas including domestic violence and elder law. Outside of work, Bailee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, boating, and listening to live music.
