Asia Roberson is an associate attorney specializing in insurance defense, product and premises liability, and commercial transportation.

In 2025, Ms. Roberson graduated from William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Roberson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Political Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2021. Cal Poly was ranked the second top public college in the West by U.S. News & World Report and was considered one of the best colleges in America by The Wall Street Journal.

Ms. Roberson was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and United States District Court, District of Nevada in 2025.

During her law school tenure, she clerked supporting attorneys in civil defense litigation, focusing on personal injury and construction defect matters. She drafted motions and discovery responses, conducted legal research, and reviewed medical and construction records. She assisted in deposition and trial preparation.

As a student advocate she developed and presented educational materials on Nevada paternity and custody law to self-represented litigants. She helped demystify the legal process for an underserved population.
